“GENERATION REAL”... 100% Real and Sold-Out To Christ!
Today, our youth are finding out things about their relationships with Jesus that many of us missed when we were children. And that is how to have FUN and still remain holy in the Lord! When we truly “LOVE”, we have a great desire to please the One we love.
Here at Generation Real, relationships are valued and our bond with Jesus is most important to each of us. Obedience to our Lord indicates our love for Him, and becomes part of our lives as well. The Word tells us in Proverbs 3:1-2, 22 (1)My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: (2)For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee... (22)So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.
When you join us, we tell one another to be “real.” However, we also expect one another to respect and value our relationships, just as Jesus values His relationship with each one of us.
At Generation Real we have discussion and training early in our faith regarding the ministerial gifts that the Holy Spirit has empowered us with. As 1 Corinthians 12:1 states "Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant."
We are also “real” when dealing with the world around us. We value labor, accomplishment, and service in today’s world as well. Consequently, we are involved with one another in seeking out, discovering, and training in various careers.
A part of “being real” and learning individual responsibility, as well as enjoying oneself and building relationships, is participating in the many activities that Generation Real is involved in. These activities include camping, bowling, roller-skating, trips / travel, sports, and retreats.
The youth here at Total Life Change Ministries International are absolutely important to us! And as the Word tells us, we have a responsibility to love them, to train them, and to introduce them to our loving and gracious Lord and Savior, Jesus.
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
